Brief outline of InSIMinister

InSIMinister serves as the culminating event of the year, signaling the imminent transition to the succeeding EXCO cohort. It marks the conclusive phase of our selection process, wherein a diverse array of live assessments is administered with the aim of identifying the prospective executive committee members who will spearhead InSIM in the forthcoming year.

 

Kindly note that this event is accessible solely to invited registrants. If you harbor a profound passion and unwavering dedication for the next EXCO, seize this opportunity and put yourself to the test!

 

Updates pertaining to available positions will be disseminated via our social media channels, ensuring transparency and equal opportunity for all aspiring candidates.

Note:

Attendance for all events is compulsory for all applicants.

The absence of any of the event processes may adversely affect the assessment

and decision-making process.

President /
Vice President
  • Oversee all other executive committee members’ activities and ensure alignment with InSIM’s goals and objectives.

​

  • Maintain communication with SIM, internal and external clubs affiliated with InSIM, other Indonesian student communities, and the community as a whole.

​

  • Ensures the unity and coordination of sub-clubs, events, and activities within the community.

Arts & Culture
  • Manages InSIM arts sub-club activities and prepares them for involvement within InSIM events

  • Responsible for providing hospitality and reception especially to new members of the sub-club 

​

  • Responsible for the planning and preparation of future arts related events

  • Responsible for creating creative contents across all social media accounts of InSIM.

  • Responsible for the delivery of collaterals for InSIM events.

  • Responsible for the documentation of InSIM events.

Secretary
  • Prepares the mandatory administrative documents, e.g. Meetings Minutes, Event Proposals, Post-Event Reports, and SPS Attendance List

  • Manages and regularly updates the official website of InSIM

​

  • Ensures that InSIM adheres to the PDPA Policy

HR & Public Relations
  • Manages recruitment for new members and oversees all Line Groups, including intake and sub-club groups.

​

  • Maintains good reputation and communication of InSIM with other organizations and/or companies.

​

  • In charge of ensuring the well-being and welfare of the members.

Media & Publication
  • Responsible for creating media contents across all social media accounts of InSIM.

​

  • Responsible for the delivery of media collaterals for InSIM events​

​​

  • Responsible for the documentation of InSIM events.

​

  • Responsible for administering the social media accounts of InSIM, e.g. Instagram, YouTube

  • Prepares the budgeting report prior to InSIM events

  • Record, document, and submit the profit or loss statements and cashflow statements post events

  • Responsible of the funding of events through sponsorship and other fundraising methods
