InSIMinister serves as the culminating event of the year, signaling the imminent transition to the succeeding EXCO cohort. It marks the conclusive phase of our selection process, wherein a diverse array of live assessments is administered with the aim of identifying the prospective executive committee members who will spearhead InSIM in the forthcoming year.

 

Kindly note that this event is accessible solely to invited registrants. If you harbor a profound passion and unwavering dedication for the next EXCO, seize this opportunity and put yourself to the test!

 

Updates pertaining to available positions will be disseminated via our social media channels, ensuring transparency and equal opportunity for all aspiring candidates.

President /
Vice President
  • Lead and oversee all executive committee activities, ensuring alignment with InSIM’s vision and objectives.

  • Act as the primary bridge between InSIM and external stakeholders, including SIM, affiliated clubs, Indonesian student communities, and the wider public.

  • Foster unity and seamless coordination across all sub-clubs, events, and initiatives within the community.

​

  • Drive strategic planning and decision-making to elevate InSIM’s presence and impact.

​

Arts & Culture
  • Lead the arts sub-club in curating creative initiatives and integrating them into InSIM events.

  • Foster a welcoming environment for new sub-club members, providing guidance and support.

​

  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute arts-related events that enrich the cultural experience of the community.

​

  • Collaborate with other departments to infuse creativity into InSIM’s branding and activities.

Creative
  • Develop visually compelling and engaging content for InSIM’s social media platforms.

  • Design promotional materials, graphics, and multimedia content for events and campaigns.

​

  • Document key moments at InSIM events through photography, videography, and creative storytelling.

​

  • Innovate and refine InSIM’s branding to maintain a fresh and cohesive identity.

General
Secretary
  • Handle all administrative tasks, including drafting meeting minutes, event proposals, post-event reports, SPS attendance lists, emails, etc.

  • Ensure compliance with PDPA policies and other regulatory requirements.

​

  • Maintain organized records and streamline internal documentation for efficiency and transparency.

Data & IT
  • Oversee the maintenance and regular updates of InSIM’s official website, ensuring seamless accessibility and user experience.

  • Manage recruitment processes and maintain efficient communication within groupchats, including intake and sub-club communities.

​

  • Utilize data analytics to enhance member engagement and optimize internal operations.

Media & Publication
  • Oversee all aspects of InSIM’s media presence, ensuring consistency and quality in branding.

  • Manage, curate, and publish content across InSIM’s Instagram and other digital platforms.

​

  • Lead event documentation efforts, capturing highlights for promotional and archival purposes.

​

  • Develop and distribute marketing collaterals and other visual materials to promote InSIM events and initiatives.

Finance
Secretary
  • Develop and manage budgets for all InSIM events, ensuring financial sustainability.

  • Track cash flow, maintain financial records, and oversee asset management.

​

  • Ensure transparency and accountability in all financial transactions.

​

  • Handle reimbursement processes, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of funds.

Sports
  • Supervise sports sub-clubs, ensuring all activities adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.

  • Create an inclusive and supportive environment for new sub-club members.

​

  • Plan and execute sports-related events that promote camaraderie, fitness, and healthy competition.

  • Collaborate with external sports organizations for potential partnerships and training opportunities.
