Four patients of Karkenhoft mental hospital are trapped in the corrupted institute full of misconducts.

 

Professor Nadya Karkenhoft, the owner of the institute illegaly conducts drugs experiments on the patients, and Mr. Tedja Santoso funds the hospital in echange for "free times" with the patients. The evil place runs for years, until one day... something happens. Roy, a young detective has been assigned with a case involving Karkenhoft mental hospital. Will he be able to solve the mystery? Will the four patients find their true selves and break free from their false images?
