Initially, we aimed for 80 participants, but due to overwhelming demand, we expanded the slots to accommodate 130 attendees. The event is planned by a team of 35 members, comprising 8 Game Masters, 8 Time-Keepers, 12 Mentors, 3 Events Directors, and 4 Photographers. Additionally, 7 members from InSIM Band and 5 members from ISDC delivered captivating performances that showcased the diversity of InSIM sub-clubs.

Following a concise introduction of InSIM as an international student organization within SIM, we were honored to have the PPLN (Panitia Pemilihan Umum Luar Negeri) in Singapore join us to explain the procedures for the upcoming Indonesian presidential election in 2024. Concluding this segment, the InSIM Dance Club (ISDC) took the stage and delivered a medley performance featuring "Dance The Night" by Dua Lipa, "Kill This Love," and "Crazy Over You" by BLACKPINK.

The event kicks off with a delightful lunch that fosters team bonding and encourages interaction among team members. Some group mentors organized their own mini-games, such as UNO cards, Truth or Dare, and the Werewolf Game, to enhance team communication. Following lunch, each group proceeds to designated post games with the objective of collecting as many coins as possible for the final game

These games draw inspiration from Disney animated movies and cartoon characters. For example, the game "Coco" resembles musical chairs, featuring Mexican songs from the movie. "Brave" involves using a catapult to shoot ping pong balls at obstacles, aligning with the movie's theme of archery. "Raya and the Last Dragon" adapts a popular Indonesian game called Ular Naga to reflect the movie's quest to find the last dragon.

After the post games, group mentors submit their collected coins to the game masters and exchange them for tools and materials to be used in the final game, "Cruela’s Fashion Runway." In this challenge, each group selects a fashion model who showcases costumes and props designed by other team members. The aim of the final game is to impress the Executive Committees (EXCO), with the first-place team earning significant points.

Before announcing the winners, InSIM Band delivers a captivating medley of Disney songs, including "For the First Time in Forever" from Frozen, "When You Wish Upon A Star" from Pinocchio, and "A Whole New World" from Aladdin. They conclude the performance by playing the signature InSIM Anthem, joined by all the Welcoming Party committees, symbolizing the warm welcome to the InSIM community. Following the performance, Simba team is declared the overall winner with an unexpectedly high score of over 700 points. Each team member receives a goodie bag filled with snacks and drinks as a reward.
