InSIM Basketball stands as one of the sports sub-clubs within InSIM, boasting the second most substantial membership base. It comprises two distinct groups, namely, the Basketball (Male Team) and the Basketball (Female Team). Our basketball sessions are regularly conducted on a bi-weekly basis along with badminton at the SIM Multi-Purpose Sports Hall (MPSH) Blk D.Â
Basketball is an engaging sport contested between two teams, each comprising five players, on a rectangular court, typically situated indoors. The primary objective for each team is to accumulate points by skillfully propelling the ball through the opponent's goal, an elevated horizontal hoop adorned with a net, known as the basket.
